Neo4j and Sandbox available

I am working in my idea and for test purpose I am using sandbox.neo4j.com (as documentation and tutorial express). However, the time available when we create our project it is only available by 3 days with the possibility of extend by 7 days. So can we work everything in our local computer or we have to use sandbox online for demostration purpose. Here is the email that I got:

    Danny, we are checking on the Sandbox bit and see if we can do anything here. Though you can definitely create the project on your local machine and complete it. You can use Neo4j Desktop which comes with the unlimited developer license. For the contest, you need a video of the idea and solution (wherever hosted), the code on GitHub for judges to give you points, and optionally, if the demo exists somewhere which we can touch and feel.
